Director
Dr Tram Dinh, PhD (ClinPsych)
Dr Dinh is a Clinical Psychologist and Board-approved supervisor with unconditional registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency. She is interested in assisting her clients to achieve positive mental health and wellbeing.
With over 15 years experience in clinical psychology, Dr Dinh has worked with clients with a wide range of presentations including occupation/career, relationships and family issues, and mental health.
She is skilled in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Acceptance-Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy, and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy. Dr Dinh also conducts comprehensive psychological assessments and has prepared reports for criminal, vocational, compensation, mental health, personality, cognitive capacity, and family matters.

Dr Dean Buckmaster, DPsych
Dr Buckmaster is a Clinical Psychologist and Supervisor with over 25 years experience in different public, community, and private mental health settings. He enjoys building therapeutic relationships with clients to help them achieve their goals.
He uses evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
His clinical background includes assessment and therapy with adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing moderate to severe mental illnesses, including depression, anxiety, self-harm, relationship difficulties, work problems, grief and loss, and those struggling with self-defeating patterns.
One of his primary areas of interest is in developing evidence-based treatment programs for vulnerable client populations such as youth with multiple social and emotional problems, including Borderline Personality Disorder.
Ms Melisa Campisi, MClinPsych
Melisa is a Psychologist with unconditional registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency. She is a compassionate Psychologist who understands the courage it takes to reach out for support and aims to create a safe and comfortable environment where clients can be themselves and openly explore their thoughts, feelings and concerns.
With over 16 years experience, Melisa has worked with clients with a wide range of presentations. She is dedicated to helping adults, older adults and young adults/adolescents navigate life's challenges, ultimately empowering them to lead fulfilling lives and realise their strengths and potential. She enjoys working collaboratively with people on issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem and assertiveness.
Melisa utilises evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Acceptance-Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy.
Ms Alexi O'Dea, MClinPsych
Alexi is a Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with over 20 years’ experience across private, community and government settings in both regional and metropolitan areas.
Alexi works with adults with a range of presentations including anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and family, relationship and work related concerns. She has extensive experience in psychological assessment and evidence based treatment across a range of mental health and occupational settings.
She uses evidence based therapeutic approaches including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Her work integrates neuroscience informed and mindfulness based strategies to support lasting change.
Alexi is a DBT Linehan Board of Certification Certified Clinician and a member of the EMDR Association of Australia. She has previously served as a director of DBT in the ACT and has extensive experience as an AHPRA approved clinical supervisor in public health DBT programs.
